what does pull up canned mean here?

It probably should have been written as, "These pull-up, canned FAQ e-mail responses. . . ."

Canned means already prepared and ready for use. Canned laughter is pre-recorded laughter on a track that can be played to sound like audience laughter for a TV or radio show. Canned research papers are papers on particular academic topics already written and for sale to the cheater who is too dumb or lazy to write his or her own paper.

So this passage refers to already prepared standard FAQ (frequently asked questions) responses that can be pulled up (retrieved) by the support agents whenever they need them to be edited and sent out. Therefore the agents don't have to write a new, original response to each question.
