Dear Teachers,

1. Do I look the same as in the photo?
2. Do I look realistic in the photo?
3. Do I look the same in the photo as in real life?

- Are these natural to say? and are they the same meaning?

1 and 3. are OK.
Realistic means, representing things in a way that is accurate and true to life, so you would probably say, "Is the photo realistic?" Or, "Is the photo of me true to life?"
Or, "Does the photo look like me?"
