In the following sentence, "on which" can be replaced by "where"?
" He threw away the scripts on which I've been working for three days." |

Firstly, you should learn how to write a question correctly. Say, 'In the following sentence, can "on which" be replaced by "where"?'
In an English question, the question word or words have to come either first in the whole question sentence or first in the part of the sentence that asks the question..
The answer is 'no'. |

No because 'where' is used in an adjective clause to modify a place (town, hotel, room, etc.).
The hotel where we stayed was very old.
The hotel in which stayed was very old.
The hotel which we stayed in was very old. |
