Hi,

Is this instruction grammatically correct?

Write down 2 words you learned from the book.

It is a valid imperative construction and I don't see any catch in it,
except that if you wanted to be more formal, you can put the 2 in words.
The 'learned' can be also written as 'learnt'.

write two words you learned.....

its an imperative (the subject is implied and that is 'you')
you learned.....is another clause that modifies words. it's called adjective clause and answers the question, "what kind of words?"
