I think that, exercise is the bast way for good health and it is easy ways for everybody.
There are many ways to exercise for health such as play football, running, walking etc.
We can to exercise in a park or in university. However exercise can�t to make good health
If we eat bad foods So that, we should eat good foods for usefulness to make good health too.
Therefor we should to make a both exercise and eat good for health of us. And you, How do you do for good health.  _________________ i am engineering |

I also take care healthily. For example, I surely eat a fish, meat, and vegetables for supper. Moreover, I also think that I will begin movement. |

Balanced meals are very important for your body.
But soda pop is cake calcium out of your body
so, you should avoid drinking yoo much it.
Try not to worry and be happy.
Keep good posture and stand tall from now on.
and you will taller than now .

My health way is to do the fitness twice or threee times a week.I like fitness very much.To sweat is very good. |

I am worring about my figure now.
I find myself growing fatter and fatter recently.
I know i have to control myself do not eat too much,do exercise more , but I just cann't control myself.

Excerise regular is of the essence for everybody.
For example,play basketball,go swimming go jogging and so on.
Fitness balance is of the essence for everyone.
For example,don't eat fast food very often,because it can impair one's
health.
l hope that we all became healthy people in the morden age. |

That's definitely right,exercise more will only do more good to you;I, myself will do some exercises before I go to school,to me,exercise will not just bring me good strength but also keep me in a great shape,in a word,sports and exercises are great and a pleasant thing to do.  |
