I�m preparing a letter about asking for referrals. Please let me know if the following sentence is grammatically natural. Thanks a billion!
We hate unwanted mail as much as you do, so if you can't use a translation company to enhance your services please accept our apologies and delete this mail. |

It's fine, although I'd add a comma before "please". However, punctuation is not my forte, and I go by how it "sounds" so you are warned.  |

Hi Swim4life,
"Hate" is a strong word-- especially if you don't want to instill that kind of sentiment on your potential customers.
I would use "dislike."
