Q1:Which one is correct, with or by?
Q2:Is there any different between these two in the sentence when we use either of them?

Only "with" is correct; "by" should not be used.
Say "Is there any difference.....?' You need a noun there and 'difference' is a noun. "different" is an adjective. |
