Im preparing a letter about asking for referrals. Please let me know if the following sentence is grammatically natural. Thanks a billion!

It's fine, although I'd add a comma before "please". However, punctuation is not my forte, and I go by how it "sounds" so you are warned. Wink

Hi Swim4life,

"Hate" is a strong word-- especially if you don't want to instill that kind of sentiment on your potential customers.

I would use "dislike."
