"She is my love." refers to someone/something (girl, cat, car, boat, etc...) you love.
"She is my lover." refers to someone you love and implies physical intimacy between you and her. (Different geographic regions may interpret this differently.) |

I am no expert on love, but I think "She is my love," means that she is loved, but not necessarily that she also loves back.
"She is my lover," implies she is loved and also loves back. |
