The Labor Party arrogated about its rival, using state money for their campaign.
Are these sentence correct?

Well, I wouldn't use the word "arrogate." It's very rarely used.
Try:
Maria's assistant insisted...
The Labor Party obfuscated, claiming its rival was using...
You'll probabaly get a better suggestion from someone else on the second sentence.
