Maria's assistant arrogated that he was the one to find out the solution on XYZ Program.
The Labor Party arrogated about its rival, using state money for their campaign.
Are these sentence correct?

Well, I wouldn't use the word "arrogate." It's very rarely used.
Try:
Maria's assistant insisted...
The Labor Party obfuscated, claiming its rival was using...
You'll probabaly get a better suggestion from someone else on the second sentence. _________________ Daniel
