Hi,
Referring computer, we USE computer of course. Many students would say PLAY computer, is that right in English-speaking country?

I use my computer for many things. My students are always surprised that I like to play on the computer, as well as use it for personal and school work. I wouldn't say, "I play computer" although I could say "I play a computer game" or "I play games on the computer."
