Is the pronunciation for learned=learn-id n for marked=mark-ed?

No. 'Marked' is always /markt/. 'Learned' belongs to a limited set of past-participles-used-as-adjectives that retain this older pronunciation (also crooked, aged, legged, etc); as a participle, it is monosyllabic:
He is a learned gentleman. ( /lernid/ )
He learned Spanish in college. ( /lernd/ )
