When talking about leadership, I think it is a method to make a group of people can submit themselves to someone�s view. In my opinion, leadership is one, control is another. Leadership is a kind of art. It has reason to make others completely accept. But control is different from leadership. It is only a way to make people in control. Maybe they cannot express their comments on problems. They just follow one�s words, and doing without notion and question. So, how can we define leadership?
I think it has something to do with talent, training, and pushiness. In a group, we always need someone can have those following features. Thus, we can do the teamwork efficiently. In this modern time, it is really important to deal with things directly. When we postpone it we may just miss the best chance. To us, leadership is a big course for us to learn it!
