and would appreciate if you help me with some parts

3. By players, he means either the big shots or the ones who act like big shots. You go to the high-stakes roulette table to be where the real players play; you go to the hottest club in Hollywood to be where the players play.

4. It means their personalities are strong; they are strong in the personality department. You can put wise in a lot of places to make up for careless grammar. "New York is one of the worst places, crime-wise."

6. Hm, that's a tough one. It would be easier to figure this one out if we could see the show at the same time. Maybe it means she gets so angry, everyone trembles in fear -- you know, knees knocking together -- or maybe she was doing something at the time, shaking her legs. "Shake a leg" is a way to say to someone, "Get going" or "Hurry up." Maybe that was what he was talking about.
