Hello.
I would like to know if the below senence is correct or not as I find it a bit hard to use the verb 'hit'.
Also can I use "on" instead of "against" here??
"Be careful not to hit the head of the nozzle against any objects."

The answer to your questions is yes and yes! The sentence is correct and you could replace the word "against" with "on".

| I agree with "yes" and "yes", but it would be more natural to say 'Be careful not to hit the head of the nozzle (against) (on) anything.' |
