It was an exciting moment for Mr. and Mrs. Wang when they learned that they were going to have a baby.
Is the sentence grammatical? It sounds odd to me. But I don't know what's wrong. _________________ Thank you very much for your reply.

1. When they learned that they were going to have a baby was an exciting moment for Mr. and Mrs. Wang.
2. It was an exciting moment for Mr. and Mrs. Wang when they learned that they were going to have a baby.
Are the above sentences have the same meaning? _________________ Thank you very much for your reply.

I would say: It was an exciting moment for Mr. and Mrs. Wang when they learned that they were going to have a baby.
When they learned that they were going to have a baby it was an exciting moment. _________________ I'm never going to learn if you don't correct my mistakes! |
