Hi, teachers and friends! I'd like to ask you for some help concerning invitation letters. I'm supposed to write invitation letters in English for the foreigner participants of an event organized by the company I work at. The event will be held in Rio de Janeiro next month. The letters must be very simple, but I don't know from where to start.

Could somebody suggest any website where I can find models of these letters in English?

I don't know of any website, but your English is pretty good. You could also try writing one yourself and posting it here, and then taking all the different comments (which will, no doubt, be different!) and do it that way.

Perfect suggestion. Tell us the nature of the event (i.e.: formal or casual). Tell us who the recipients are (i.e.: customers or potential customers). And tell us the tone of the invitation (i.e.: professional, friendly, or classy).

I have added some bits here and there to make it more closely resemble what you are after.
