Hello.
First, do you understand what is meant with the below sentence?
Also should "that" be used instead of "the one" here?
Please let me know the difference between "that" and "the one"?
"Set a voltage to correspond with the one of the application."

The only correct sentence is to use "that" so it should read:
"Set a voltage to correspond with that of the application."
To answer your second question, there really isn't any difference between the meaning of "that" and "the one" in this instance but it is a case of what is commonly spoken.

This means "Please make your voltage the same as the voltage of the application"
or,
Please make: Your voltage = application voltage _________________ Ozabout7or8 |
