Synonyms have nearly the same meaning, but often have the different nuance.
It is difficult for the learnes of a foreign language to learn the difference of the nuance.
Can the following sentence express what the sentences above mean?
"It is difficult for the learners of a foreign language to learn the difference of the nuance of synonyms.

Yes. Better is:
It is difficult for learners of a foreign language to distinguish the nuances of synonyms.
