Hi,
I'd like to know how you call the stuff that is on the shirt/sweater made of cotton or wool? The little ball-like stuff which is caused by washing or wearing? Any ideas?
Thank you very much.

When little balls form on the garments it is called, "pilling". |

Thank you, asterix. Could you be kindly enough to make a sentence by using 'pilling' in it? Thanks again.

Washing the wool sweater with cotton garments not only shrank the sweater, but it caused pilling all over it. It took a week to pick it all off, and then we had to give the sweater to the dog. _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |
