Yes, it's "hearing"--and "look forward to" is always followed by an -ing verb.
I look forward to seeing you next week.
I'm looking forward to watching that movie.
I'm not really looking forward to doing all the dirty dishes tonight.
I did not look forward to hearing from my boss because I thought I would get bad news. _________________ wintersweet
