Hello,

"What goes around comes around. When you are speaking-you will want them to listen to you. Show your classmates the same respect you want to receive."

Could someone please explain what 'what goes around comes around' mean here in the context?

It means that if you treat someone a certain way, they will treat you the same way eventually. People often use this expression in a broader philosophical sense.
P.S. I would use a comma instead of a dash.
