I think they all have the same meaning, Chan-Seung. You may have presented them in order of decreasing vehemence.

mean basically the same thing. I agree with Mister Micawber that #1 sounds much stronger than #3. However, #2 ("I couldn't care if") is not a structure that is commonly used, at least in American English. _________________ wintersweet
