Hello forum members,
I am wondering if this sentence is correct. Does this sentence sound all right? Is it grammatically correct?
She is hard for me to convince.
I appreciate your help. |

I wouldn't say it like that. It sounds a little strange. I would say:
She's hard to convince.
It's hard for me to convince her. _________________ I'm never going to learn if you don't correct my mistakes! |

Thanks. I wonder what keeps you from inserting "for me". |

I think the problem with your sentence is that "hard" seems to refer to "her" instead of the action "convincing her".
What is hard for me is convincing her.
This is what is hard.
It is hard.
Convincing her is hard.
She is hard to convince.
For me, she is hard to convince.
But, she is not hard.
Convincing her is hard. _________________ I'm never going to learn if you don't correct my mistakes! |
