Hello!
I want to improve my pronunciation and listening. What can I do?
I have nobody to practise with; I don't own good means to exercise my listening (TV programs in English, for example; music isn't good, or is it good listening to Shakira's songs? I guess it isn't...).
What can I do?
See you! _________________ Sweet like Honey

Here's a suggestion: offer your services as a guide for English speaking tourists to your area in exchange for them speaking English with you! When I visited Moscow, that's what I did, and it was a great deal for both of us. I was shown the city with the help of someone who spoke the language and knew the city and culture. The person who showed me around was helped by many hours of listening to a native English speaker and also practicing her English with me! No money is exchanged, and both parties (people) benefit from the exchange! |

Listening to Shakira = good. (in English). It really helps if you sing along with the words. Don't worry about what other people will think!
There must be a lot of English music in Columbia, probably not too many tourists there though.
Good luck,
Corey
