It just came upon me if there're expressions to describe someone who cannot let things go. Things include: love, trivial stuff, etc. Thanks in advance for your help!

Not that I can think of right away.
Just for fun I can coin one, though: cling (noun) from cling (verb), meaning stick or hold together and resist separation.
Please don't use it actually. |
