Well, I am sure that Ms Google will find you plenty of examples of both, but only the first is appropriate for a retail or wholesale purchase.
'Price' is simply the amount of money the seller asks you to pay, but 'cost' can refer not only to money spent, but also to other expenditures-- of time, labour, etc.
