How would you address a great-grandmother?

Hello,

I f someone wanted to get the attention or talk to his/her grandmother, that person could say "Grandmother,.... " or "Grandma,.... ", but what if that person wanted to do so to his/her great-grandmother? Would that person say, "Great-grandma, .... "?

In our family, great grandmothers are addressed the same way that grandmothers are.
Grandma, Granny, Nannah, or Nanny, have all been used.
There are, probably, other variants in other families.
