Dear Chan-Seung, #1 is better. People get 'heated up', meaning they get excited and/or angry. We 'heat' food, the sun 'heats' the earth, a conversation can become 'heated' (excited/angry), but people are/become/get/remain 'heated up'. Also, 'things' (like the weather) can heat up. I can't explain why, but that is how it is. But, you know, heat does rise, it goes up. Ok?--Eric |
