Dear Chan-Seung, 'I have a time conflict.' is correct. Stretching it out, you could say, 'I have a conflict with that because of my time schedule.' Another way of saying it is: 'I'm not available at that time." But, your sentence is short and understood well by experienced, busy English speakers. Ok?--Eric Smile
