About the following sentence,
Doctors give them medical treatment whenever the animals are sick.
can I use "every time when" instead of "whenever" ?
and how about "any time when" or "every time that" or "every time" ? |

Whenever is basically the same as when, every time, each time or any time. So you could say:
Doctors give them medical treatment whenever the animals are sick.
Doctors give them medical treatment when the animals are sick.
Doctors give them medical treatment every time (that) the animals are sick.
Doctors give them medical treatment each time (that) the animals are sick.
Doctors give them medical treatment any time (that) the animals are sick. _________________ I'm never going to learn if you don't correct my mistakes! |
