Hello, teachers!!
George Bernard Shaw said: "Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself."
----->
(1) "Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself."
(2) "Life isn't finding yourself. Life is creating yourself."
(3) "Life isn't to find yourself. Life is to create yourself."
Are (2) and (3) correct English? If so, what is the difference among these (3)?
THANK YOU!! |

There isnt much different between (2) & (3); the only different is in grammatical form. The original sentence means life isnt concerned with or having to do with finding yourself. Life is concerned with or having to do with creating yourself. |
