As I study English hard, I have a lot of questions.
I'm wondering in which sub forum I should post questions, Help Center or Learning English.

Is the latter only for general ideas about HOW to learn English, and not for specific English questions? Question

We had a long discussion about this previously, and finally decided to leave both forums alone. The "Learning English" forum was here first, and includes comments about how to learn English. Some people felt the "Learning English" forum was more informal, and a few people prefer to ask and answer questions there. The "Help Center" was created more recently, and is used just to answer questions about English usage. If I had a question, I'd post in the "Help Center" forum, but you can get your questions answered in either place.

Another difference between Learning center and Help center is that, Redrose, the star of these forums, posts in the former but not in the latter.

Thanks for your advice. Either is OK, then.
