Hi teachers, Does "be a girl of happiness" make any sense to you? Does it mean " be a happy girl"? thank you

For me the expression is incorrect. If it were written by a non-native speaker I would interpret it to mean "Be Happy". _________________ I'm never going to learn if you don't correct my mistakes!
