''Second Street'' is a name, and we generally do not put an article before a name.

Dear teacher,
But there is a rule saying "if a name is formed by common nouns, it should be added 'the'". Is "Second Street" a noun formed by common nouns?
Thank you very much!

1...I don't agree with that rule; at least, such a rule would have exceptions.
2...Here ''Second'' is an adjective, not a noun.
3...''Second Street'' is the name of a street, and we certainly don't put 'the' before street names. We say 'He lives on Maple Street.', not '...on the Maple Street.'

I hope it's a little clearer now.
