1. Correct.

2. Hmmm... This dang will/would thing again! Maybe in the near future I will see if I can find something to explain this better than in past discussions. Or maybe someone else will explain it... I would use 'will' in this sentence.

3. "... whom I can ask..." --- note that 'whom' is correct here, but many native speakers would nevertheless use 'who' in casual use.

4. Correct.
