Dear teachers,
I have a few usage questions to ask you. Thanks for taking the time to answer.
1. She *put her studies* before everything.
Does that mean "think of something as priority"?
2.
Her "spoken English" or "English speaking" is good?
3.
People don't pronounce "the R" or "R" in Boston accent.
Is the article required in this sentence?
Thanks guys. |

It means that she made her studies her top, or first, priority. The most important thing in her life.
Her spoken English.
People don't pronounce the "R" in the Boston accent. |
