Hello.

A), You are late. If you had come a few minutes earlier, you would have met him.
B). You are late, If you had come a few minutes earlier, you would met
him.
Which of the two is right? And what about the next two:
C). James wishes he saw the football game instead of the film.
D). James wishes he had seen the football game instead of the film.

Thank you

This one is correct:

A), You are late. If you had come a few minutes earlier, you would have met him.

In my opinion, this one is the best:

D). James wishes he had seen the football game instead of the film.

However, it's possible you will hear people say the other one as well. I don't think it sounds as good.
