Quote:
1.Move away from the windows during an earthquake.
2.My best friend moved away when I was ten.
3.We seem to be moving away from the main point of the discussion.
4.We need to move these out by the end of the month.

1. Are those examples correct?
2. What does #4 mean? What words can 'move out' be replaced with?

Thanks.

Yes, all your examples are correct.
Number 4 requires a little context. For example, if you are a car dealer and you want to sell the 20 cars you have from last year's model by the end of the month, you could say, "We need to move these out by the end of the month." meaning we need to sell these and get people to take them home. Or, if you have been cleaning your house and you have a lot of boxes of items you want to get rid of before your mother comes to visit at the end of the month, you could say, "We need to move these out by the end of the month." meaning we need to take the boxes somewhere and move them out of the house.
