Hello, teachers!!
About Frank Henderson, for example.
Frank=first name
Henderson=family name
Can you say both "Mr. Frank" and "Mr. Henderson"? I am not sure that you can say "Mr. Frank."

I think you can use both in spoken... but in formal language Mr. surname is used generally...... _________________ Universal Peace... |

I would never use "Mr." with only a first name. |
