In our English class, we talk about differences bewteen England and France. We think that English people are swankier than the French people. In france, people are ruder than English people. But both English and French people may be bad-tempered.
France is more beautiful than England and it's sunnier, particularly in the south, called The Riviera. England is often rainy and foggy and there aren't any montains.
Concerning food, We don't really like English food, because we find it strange and tasteless ( such as their green or red jelly). But in France there are some disgusting dishes such as " le boudin noir".
Even if both contries are in the European Community, England doesn't use the euro which is the currency used in most of European Countries. They still use the pound.

Waiting for some answers.

First, we speak about food. In France, the food is better than in Japan because we are used to separating our ingredients where as in Japan, it seems that they melt them in a same dish : What do you think about this ?
But in France, Japenese food is appreciated because French people tend to try Japenese food such as sushi and it's healthier.
In ceremonies, like weddings, things are different. The French bride is dressed up in a white long dress. In Japan, we think (can you confirm?) the bride wears a pink dress.
At school, Japeness students must wear uniforms and they must take off their shoes to come in the classroom( It's that true?). In French shools, we can dress us as we like. Maybe in Japan, people are more formal and respectful in every-day life ( at school, at work, in their families...)
At last concerning the landscape, we think that Japan is more beautiful. Environement is better protected than in France. Japanese landscapes seem exotic to French.

We are French students and we study selling in a vocational school. First, we think that Spain people are more outgoing and open-minded than French people because they have parties more often. Even if, there are some differences, these two people appreciate each other. Second, food is spicier in Spain than in France. The dishes in Spainish restaurants are more important, these is often more food in a plate. Meal time is often later than is France. About the languages, French and Spanish have the same root: latin. Moreover, there are regional languages in both countries. In france, we have the " patois " in our region (Poitou-Charente), "Ch'tiin the North. In Span, there is the "Catalan" in the North-East and the Basque.(Is it the same Basque in France and Spain?). Concerning the religion, we would say it's more important. There are more religious celebrations. Corridas are more widespresd in Spain, in France, we have only corridas in the south. At last, France is a republic with a president whereas Spain has a king(Juan Carlos). In general, Spanish climate is hotter and drier. French climate is rather cold and humid in the North.
What do you think?
