Hi Dave,
I always say that "I send a e-mail to you."
But I heard someone said,"I e-mail you."....
Is it OK?
Can I use "e-mail" as a verb?

Yes, e-mail can be used as a verb.
I will e-mail you.
I am e-mailing you.
I e-mailed you. |

By the way, it would be "I'll send an e-mail to you." |
