Hello, teachers!!
Jane lent her brother John some money to buy a bike on the condition that he pay her back within three months.
(1) on the condition that he pay her back
(2) on the condition that he pays her back
(3) on the condition that he will pay her back
Can you use all of them?

Dear CP:
Thank you so much for your great explanations.
From now on, when I use "on the condition that ...," I am going to write the sentence like "on the condition that he come back..." not "on the condition that he comes back..." etc.
