I can't think of any noun that fits all reasons, so I'd do just as you did - describe them as "always on the go."
If I knew why they were always on the go, I might have a noun for them.
If a person was very active with productive things (work, volunteering, family, community involvement, etc.), I'd call them a "doer," a "dynamo," or a "ball of energy."
If a person likes to travel and is always going off somewhere, I'd call them a "jet setter," a "globe trotter," or a "traveller."
If a person is always on the go, but just spins his wheels (gets very little accomplised), I'd call him a "ditz," a "nut," or an "incompetent." |
