As far as regular English is concerned, I don't think so. At least, I have never heard of that.
Are you asking about some official form of shorthand? |

sb = somebody
smth = something
when writing down phrasal verbs for instance: to run out of smth
smne = someone????????????? |

| Those are not official abbreviations/shortcuts and you should not use them in formal writing or on exams. If you want to use them in informal writing and you think the people who read it will understand them, you can use them. |
