If I had assigned this topic I would expect my students to take a stance on the topic. For example:

"Greece is a beautiful country, but I would not choose to live there." Or "Living in Iran is a wonderful experience."

Then I would expect the student to explain themselves by providing reasons for what they have said. Example:

"Although the weather in Greece is typically 78 degrees with a slight wind, and the ocean is always nearby, the food is terrible."

and then continue on from there. Do you understand?
