Hello teachers. Could you help me with my English question?
"As far as math is concerned, Mike is second to none in his class."
This sentence is grammatically correct, right?
How about the following one?
"As far as math is concerned, Mike is inferior to none in his class."
Is it all right to use? Or is it too awkward and confusing to use?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Yukineko,
Although the second phrase makes sense, it is not commonly used. "Second to none" is very common.
For the second sentence:
If Mike is inferior to none, he is superior to all. He is the best. We would say "Mike is the best in his class."
