Hi
I'd like to know if these terms are the same or they have nuances among each other.
a. family cohesion
b. family connection
c. family bonds
1. Could you please give me examples to show their differences if they're different?
2. If I want to express the loving relationship within a family, what terms above should I use?
3. Are there any other terms to express the loving, caring family togetherness?
Thank you very much for your help.

Family cohesion means the way family members support each other , or "stick together".
Family connection refers to the way family members are related to each other. For instance, you and your cousins have a family connection, although you may not like each other.
It might also refer to the way that your wife's, or husband's, family are connected by marriage.
Family bonds are what tie the members of a family together, and in my opinion, is similar in meaning to family cohesion. |
