Can I say "How do you organize your time?"?

2Is there any phrase or word that means someone spend lots of time doing very little?

3I'm bad at keeping track of time.
--Should "track" be left out?

1. The better sentence is, "How do you organize your time?"

2. If the person does little in a lot of time, he / she could be lazy, or lackadaisical, or inefficient, or an idler, or a time-waster, or a gold-bricker. I'm sure there are many more terms for this too-common condition.

3. No, you can't leave out "track" from that phrase.
