The following is part of an ad, which i don't know what it means.

Sunday-Thursday offer $1 off drafts and $2.50 for alll well drinks. $2 you-call-it from 3 p.m to 7 p.m
what is "off drafts" and "all well drinks."? What does "you-call-it" mean?

Watch out---you go Baja Tilly's and there is a good chance that you will find yourself hanging upside down getting a shot through a marlin.
What does" hanging upside down getting a shot through a marlin" mean?

Thanks

This must be an ad for a wild and crazy bar called Baja Tillys. The ad say that you can get $1 off the price of any draft beer (beer on tap, not in a can or bottle) and pay only $2.50 (or maybe get a $2.50 discount) for any other well drinks (straight or mixed drinks made with the houses standard brands).

A called drink is one made with the specified brand. If the bar usually serves Gilbeys gin and you ask for a gin and tonic made with Tanqueray, you are calling for a Tanqueray and tonic, because you dont want the well brand, Gilbey's.

Some bars go to extremes to entertain customers and keep them coming back. Often they have scantily clad girls who go around giving away Jell-o shots or tequila shooters to people willing to be tilted backward to guzzle the booze, with noisy, raucous celebration to keep up the interest. At Baja Tillys, I guess they have a stuffed marlin (a big sport fish) that they pour liquor from or through into the mouths of revelers willing to be hung upside down first.

Woo-hoo.

That's fantastic, a real eye-opener.
